  • Design, engineer, specify and install lighting that supports BIPOC folks from lighting  companies that invest in our communities

INDUSTRY PRACTICE​

  • Establish best practices for supporting Black employees at lighting related businesses  and organizations.

  • Establish diversity  targets for the industry to meet and exceed, including adding BIPOC members to Board’s of Directors
